These terms explain the basic rules for using Eastvoy.
ServiceEastvoy is a business communication and receptionist tool.
Eastvoy helps businesses respond to missed calls, qualify callers, send follow-up texts, route urgent requests, and support booking workflows. It is not an emergency-response service, a guaranteed call-center replacement, or a guarantee of lead volume.
BoundariesEastvoy should not be used to make unsafe or unsupported promises.
Unless configured by the business with clear rules, Eastvoy should not promise final pricing, guaranteed availability, medical advice, legal advice, or emergency response.
SMS and callingThe customer is responsible for lawful use of calling and texting.
The business using Eastvoy is responsible for obtaining any required consent, publishing required legal pages, and following the rules that apply to its use of voice and SMS.
AvailabilityService is provided as available.
Features, routing behavior, provider support, and product scope may change over time. Eastvoy may suspend or refuse access for misuse, fraud, abuse, or non-payment.
PaymentsFees are for software and setup support.
Monthly fees and any one-time setup fees are charged for access to the product and related setup work. Unless stated otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable once setup work has begun or the service is live.
