Message types

Eastvoy may send short business messages related to missed-call follow-up, lead qualification, callback coordination, booking links, reminders, and status updates.

Opt-out

Recipients can reply STOP to opt out. Replying HELP can be used to request basic support information where supported.

Consent and business responsibility

Businesses using Eastvoy are responsible for making sure their messaging practices fit the laws and rules that apply to them, including any consent requirements in the places where they operate.

Message frequency

Eastvoy is designed for practical service communication, not spam. Message frequency depends on the lead flow, missed calls, booking actions, and follow-up rules set by the business.
